One of the events organized by the Aljomar Family to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Jamones Aljomar was the First Meeting of Partner Companies. The event, which took place on June 14th and 15th in Salamanca and Guijuelo, served as a platform for sharing experiences and exploring synergies. In addition, the participating companies gained an in-depth understanding of Iberian ham culture and the working methods of Jamones Aljomar.
The attendees held a brief working meeting, visited the Aljomar factory in Guijuelo, the cradle of Iberian ham; and were at the facilities of the El Navazo Slaughterhouse, the most important in Europe and a key part of the controlled cycle of production and processing of Aljomar Iberian products.
The First Aljomar Partner Companies Meeting featured the professional incentive of a talk given by Fernando Salinero on the “Seven keys to improve commercially from today”.
