IFFA turns 70 in 2019, and with that, the next edition comes packed with important new features!
On the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th, the management of Aljomar, together with the heads of different specialized departments: maintenance, IT…, will visit the most important trade fair for machinery for the meat sector at an international level.
The objective is to learn firsthand about the main advances in the production and processing of our products, and to guarantee the highest quality, food safety and traceability of these products.
As we mentioned, IFFA is considered the most important professional event in the sector worldwide. It is held every three years in Frankfurt, and in 2016 more than 61,000 professionals from 150 different countries and 913 exhibitors attended IFFA.
All of this meant that "97 percent of the attendees of the last edition indicated that they had achieved the objectives they had set for themselves with their visit to the fair."
The exhibitors are complemented by numerous events, conferences on specialized topics, special exhibitions, competitions and guided tours.
Specifically, this edition will focus on the following main topics: optimized production, food safety, resource efficiency and digital solutions; as well as addressing new store concepts, online services and current trends in the point of sale and the food sector.
