The future of meat, at a new Aecoc Congress, sponsored by Aljomar

Aljomar Hams is once again sponsoring the AECOC Congress on Meat and Processed Products, which brings together livestock farmers, producers, processors, and distributors from the meat sector. Currently, the industry faces challenges such as the revaluation of the primary sector and sustainable production, communication and transparency towards an increasingly responsible consumer, and these will be the topics addressed at the meeting that unites all links in this shared value agri-food chain.

The 19th Aecoc Congress will be attended by 400 executives and professionals from leading companies in the sector; it will be a forum to discuss and analyze the trends that will shape the future of meat.
