This week we return to Madrid to attend, as sponsors, the 16th AECOC HORECA Congress , a key event that brings together most of the country's hospitality companies to discuss and analyze the trends and innovations that will shape the future of the sector. The event will be held at the Municipal Conference Center in Madrid on May 30th and 31st , and will be attended by more than 500 people, including top executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs from companies across the entire hospitality value chain.
The Aljomar Group has supported this meeting for years and, on this occasion, we have planned to treat those present with a tasting of 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham, from the 2014 season, hand-carved by the expert hands of one of our master ham carvers.
