The chef, of recognized national and international prestige, has recently been named ambassador of Aljomar , coinciding with the brand's 25th anniversary.
The term "garrote," popularized by this genius of gastronomy, reflects, like no other, the spirit of both families: work, effort, sacrifice, perseverance, humility, and quality above all else.
Values that have placed Aljomar, in these 25 years, among the 10 most important producers of Iberian products in Spain and with the greatest presence in the world, where its products are present in more than 25 countries.
