Today marks 25 years since Alfonso and Carmen's dream began. On December 7, 1992, Aljomar was born, a project with a distinctly family character, evident from the very beginning in the choice of its name ( Aljomar is the result of combining the first syllables of the couple's children's names: Alfonso , José Luis, and María Carmen). Little by little, this family's hard work bore fruit, and today the brand is a benchmark in the Iberian ham sector in Spain and has a presence in 27 countries worldwide. A remarkable achievement built on solid foundations. To commemorate this anniversary, today we present a logo that embodies all the values that represent the company: Tradition, family, hard work, perseverance, and a deep connection to the land that has nurtured us; the land that gives us our reason for being. All these elements have been, are, and will continue to be the foundation of Aljomar and its 25-year history. A set of symbols with which we wanted to capture not only the corporate identity but also the essence of what Aljomar is: The work of a family . We present it to you:
The tree in this emblem represents our history, the deep roots that firmly support the Aljomar family . Furthermore, the acorn , an essential element in raising the finest Iberian pigs, is a key symbol of our brand. Therefore, we have framed the logo within a heraldic shield in the shape of an acorn . Family emblem and nature, united. This logo will accompany the initiatives we are launching to celebrate our 25th anniversary. An event we are not undertaking alone. More and more people are joining the family on this adventure. We recently shared how the Aljomar and Berasategui families have joined forces to promote quality Iberian pork. The chef, awarded 8 Michelin stars, becomes an ambassador for our brand during this silver anniversary . But there are still many surprises, projects, and new developments to share. So we encourage you to stay tuned, because… we have no doubt… the best is yet to come.
