At Jamones Aljomar, we are delighted to be part of this important event, as members of Empresa Familiar Castilla y León (EFCL) . Our 100% Ibérico Bellota Ham will be the star of the welcome cocktail reception at the Casino de Salamanca, a small tribute to the quality and tradition of our region, which we are proud to share with business leaders from all over Spain.

On Thursday, November 21, attendees will enjoy a welcome lunch and a visit to Jamones Blázquez in Peñaranda de Bracamonte, before touring Salamanca City Hall and the historic University building. These activities will highlight the region's rich cultural and gastronomic heritage.

On Friday the 22nd, the iconic Palacio de Fonseca will be the central hub of the event. The day will feature a presentation by economist José Carlos Díez, who will address 'The Economic Map of Spain: A Game of Inequalities or Equilibrium?'. There will also be a round table discussion with prominent family business leaders such as Carmen San Martín, CEO of Bodegas De Alberto, and Isabel María García, honorary president of the El Fuerte hotel group.

The grand finale will be provided by film director Rodrigo Cortés, with his inspiring lecture 'From Salamanca to Hollywood: a cinematic dream', which promises to be a true journey of emotions.

The closing remarks will be delivered by Juan Manuel Corbacho, Rector of the University of Salamanca, who will highlight the importance of these meetings in continuing to promote the role of family businesses as an economic and social engine.

At Jamones Aljomar, we recognize the importance of family businesses as fundamental pillars of the economy and society. This meeting is a perfect opportunity to strengthen ties, share experiences, and reflect on the challenges and opportunities facing the sector.

What truly characterizes family businesses is their ability to combine tradition and innovation, and at Aljomar, we fully identify with these values. We are confident that this event will be a resounding success and another step towards strengthening networks that foster the business and social development of our country.
