Life's coincidences, unexpected events, and opportunities that arise when they're most needed. We're going to tell you a story of solidarity that unfolds in different parts of the country. From Seville, through Guijuelo and Barcelona, and with a beautiful ending back in Seville. The protagonist is a precious two-year-old boy who, thanks to the help of hundreds of kind people, is currently recovering at home in Seville after a complicated meningitis operation.
Little Andrés is the nephew of Guijuelo player Carlos Rubén , number 6 for the team sponsored by Aljomar. Thanks to this team and its supporters, Andrés underwent surgery in a Barcelona hospital, a difficult procedure that was made possible by the charity derby match between Guijuelo and Salamanca CF UDS last year, in which one euro from every ticket sold was donated towards Andrés's operation.
Aljomar also wanted to collaborate and we contacted our friends at ADAA (Association for the Support of Families of Patients in the Balearic Islands), who were in charge of providing the residence where the family has spent the necessary pre- and post-operative time for Andrés.
THANK YOU SO MUCH ADAA!!! We will never forget your help, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS!!

It has been a great satisfaction for us to help Carlos Rubén's family, and even more so to see Andrés playing these days, happy and full of life, at his home in Seville, practically recovered from the operation.
As a final anecdote in this beautiful story, Andrés's mother is named Carmen, just like our founder and her daughter. Once again, thanks to the unity of so many people, adverse times can be overcome.
At ALJOMAR, and because of our solidarity as a company, we know that it feels great to help others.
