Jamones Aljomar ends the year receiving a new certification that highlights the dynamism with which it develops its Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. This is the 'efr' certification, which recognizes the implementation of measures promoting work-life balance within the company and validates companies' commitment to becoming more competitive, balanced, and equitable organizations.
This important seal, validated by the Másfamilia Foundation, has also been obtained by entities of recognized prestige in their different sectors, such as BBVA, Naturgy, REDes, or Mutua Madrileña, among others.
Aljomar thus joins 800 other entities that the Másfamilia Foundation has recognized in recent years for implementing voluntary self-regulation and continuous improvement policies that focus on competitiveness, people, excellence, reputation and CSR.
The 'efr empresa' Model is a management tool that provides a simple and effective methodology for facilitating work-life balance processes in large, medium, and small businesses. It is a model based on continuous improvement, reflecting a new work culture within the framework of corporate social responsibility.
The efforts made by Aljomar's CSR area are aligned with these objectives and aim to move forward in the future in improving these processes, which bring great benefits in productivity, quality of work, professional development or competitiveness.
About the efr Movement
efr is an international movement that, as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the People Management and Excellence Management, focuses on advancing and providing solutions regarding responsibility and respect for work-life balance. It also promotes support for equal opportunities and the inclusion of the most disadvantaged, based on current and binding legislation and collective bargaining agreements, so that efr companies voluntarily self-regulate in this area.
