The Aljomar Group closed 2022 with a turnover exceeding €100 million, consolidating its excellent position in the Iberian pork sector nationwide, while continuing to boost its international recognition in more than 30 countries where its hams, cured meats, and Iberian pork are consumed. The Aljomar Group, comprised of the Aljomar Ham factory (€32 million) located in Guijuelo, the El Navazo slaughterhouse (partner) (€56 million) , and the Vera Vieja farm (€13 million) , is one of Spain's leading producers of Iberian products. Aljomar Iberian products enjoy great prestige, and their quality is endorsed by awards such as the Aljomar Best 100% Iberian Acorn-Fed Ham, received in 2022 at the Spanish Food Awards from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
On the other hand, the renowned international chefMartín Berasategui , who joined the Aljomar Family in 2017, has renewed his collaboration as a brand ambassador to contribute to the dissemination and promotion of Iberian culture worldwide. Berasategui has incorporated Aljomar Iberian products into his cuisine and recommends them for their quality and excellent flavor.
Last year, Aljomar also presented new products related to the organic livestock farming and natural production processes it has applied to its comprehensive Controlled Production and Processing Cycle .
