Aljomar begins 2026 by taking a strategic step in its evolution as a company: the launch of the internal project Aljomar Evolution of corporate culture, well-being and organizational improvement, designed to accompany the company's growth from a clearly human approach.

In a consolidated context of expansion and facing new challenges, the organization has decided to look inward and strengthen what underpins any long-term project: people, relationships, and the way they work together. Aljomar Evolution was born with a clear objective: to build a stronger, more participatory work environment aligned with Aljomar's values.
Aljomar's management emphasizes that the project's development reflects a long-term vision, in which business growth must be accompanied by a strong, shared internal culture capable of adapting to new challenges. In this regard, José Luis Sánchez, Deputy Director, highlights "the importance of integrating well-being, communication, and continuous improvement as cornerstones of the organization's daily operations."
A project to listen, share and build
The initiative addresses key aspects such as commitment, co-responsibility, communication between areas and process improvement, always from a fundamental premise: to truly listen and provide space for participation.
To achieve this, Aljomar has the support of external professionals and the coordination of Aurora García Alcalde, together with the internal team, integrating organizational vision, processes and people structure.
First sessions: a foundation already in place
As a starting point, several in-person sessions have already been held, combining meetings with managers and workshops with staff in different groups. These sessions have been designed as spaces outside of daily work, where participants can share, reflect, and work together through team dynamics and experiential methodologies.

Far from being presented as recreational activities without content, the approach is based on "serious and strategic play", which allows accelerating the connection, generating trust and facilitating relevant learning for everyday life.
Although Aljomar Evolution is in its initial phase, clear signs have already been observed: high participation, conversations between people who do not usually meet, basic agreements on coexistence and an active involvement in improving the work experience at Aljomar.
This start reinforces a key idea that has guided this line of work: business growth only makes sense if it is accompanied by a strong culture, based on trust, communication and pride of belonging.
With this project, Aljomar is advancing in its goal of consolidating itself not only as a benchmark for Iberian products due to the quality of its product and its successful track record, but also as an attractive, consistent employer brand committed to its team.
