Our manager José Luis Sánchez is committed to continuous training by participating in the DEA business master's program.

José Luis Sánchez, Deputy Director of Jamones Aljomar, is currently participating in the business master's program taught by the San Telmo International Institute , in the Boecillo Technology Park, with the mediation of the Innovation, Financing and Internationalization Agency of Castilla y León (ADE) and the Vitartis association. This business specialization course is part of the DEA program (Managers for Agri-food Companies), it started in November and consists of 2 days a month, for 8 months; with 65 sessions, 34 of teamwork and 48 cases in real companies. José Luis Sánchez Sánchez is one of the 40 executives from agri-food companies in Castile and León who have chosen to participate in this master's program. The goal is to enhance their management skills, not only by expanding their professional knowledge but also through the exchange of experiences typical of senior management. Master DEA 2 At Jamones Aljomar, we recognize the need for ongoing professional development and skills enhancement for our team. Therefore, we develop training programs to ensure the continuous adaptation of each job role, aiming to improve skills and strengthen the competitive position of both the company and our professionals. Throughout the year, we offer various refresher and professional development courses for sales staff, administrative personnel, and quality managers. We also promote and encourage attendance at industry conferences. The DEA is a unique training program in Spain that is aimed at entrepreneurs and senior managers with professional experience and who hold positions of maximum responsibility in small-medium-sized companies in the primary sector (agriculture, livestock and fishing), food processing industry, commercial distribution (wholesale and retail), catering and 'food service', as well as related sectors (logistics, biotechnology, consulting, agricultural and industrial supplies, financial and venture capital institutions).
