Our managers participate in the Lead SMEs Training Program

Today we begin the training sessions of Cajamar's Lidera Pymes Program, which is being attended by two members of the Jamones Aljomar staff: José Luis Sánchez, Assistant to the Director, and Basilio Grande, Commercial Director. The objective of this activity is to train managers and owners of SMEs in the agri-food sector of Castile and León in business management and administration, to enhance their competitive capabilities and growth potential, thereby improving their market position.

The Lidera pymes training program is the first phase of the “Acompañar para crecer” project by VITARTIS , designed to support the sizing of partner companies through the training of entrepreneurs and mentoring of smaller companies from larger companies.

There will be six intensive face-to-face sessions , between January and April, each with specific themes – market, economic-financial training, strategy, marketing and communication, innovation and internationalization and leadership – and practical cases or experiences drawn from the reality of the agri-food sector.

The protagonists of these experiences will be responsible for presenting them to the program attendees and will address examples of initiatives that incorporate high value in the different phases of the food chain.

The idea behind this training offered by Vitartis is to strengthen the capabilities of leaders in the agri-food companies of Castilla y León to face the challenges of a changing, globalized and digital world.
