Tomorrow, Friday, May 9th, we welcome to Salamanca the members of the Association of Food Scientists and Technologists of Castile and León (ACTACL), who are holding the XXVIII Scientific-Technical Conference "New Foods: An Old Story" (Sala Menor of the Hospedería Fonseca at the University of Salamanca). Jamones Aljomar is collaborating with this important scientific meeting and will be providing breakfast for the attendees.
This conference aims to address different aspects related to the introduction of new foods and ingredients from diverse cultures into our market; a topic that will be discussed from a nutritional, technological and especially legislative point of view, since current European regulations have not yet achieved the necessary consensus.
