Aljomar Iberico Sausage on toast bread

Ingredientes (serves 4)

• 0.200 g of Aljomar Iberico Sausage 
• 20 g sweet onion 
• Cilantro 
• Mayonnaise 
• Worcestershire sauce 
• Lime juice 
• Toast bread

Method 

Finely chop the sausage into very small bits. Add the chopped onion and cilantro. Slowly incorporate the mayonnaise until achieving the desired texture. Sprinkle with lime juice, lime zest and Worcestershire sauce. Serve with thin toast bread
